1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the jl07 website accessible at jl07.cam, including all sub-pages, gaming interfaces, account management tools, and mobile browser interfaces operated thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jl07 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers or uses an Account on the jl07 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets, or promotional amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player using a supported Philippine payment method that are immediately available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or related winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Philippine Gaming Regulations" refers to the applicable rules, orders, and circulars issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and other competent regulatory authorities governing online gaming in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the jl07 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the jl07 Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account.

2.3 jl07 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at jl07.cam/terms-conditions. Amendments take effect upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material amendments that affect your existing rights will be communicated to your registered email address at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect.

2.4 Your continued use of the jl07 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 To be eligible to register a jl07 Account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted);
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order on the jl07 Platform or any other gaming platform under Philippine gaming regulations;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jl07 or any of its affiliated companies or software suppliers;
• Ensure that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

3.2 jl07 may request identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or SSS/GSIS card. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.3 Each Player may hold only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether in the same name, under aliases, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. jl07 may merge or close duplicate accounts and may withhold any winnings generated from duplicate accounts pending investigation.

3.4 You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your registration details. jl07 shall bear no liability for failed transactions, missed communications, or other consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

4. Account Management

4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl07 login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

4.2 Any activity that occurs through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to jl07 support promptly upon becoming aware of it.

4.3 jl07 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to protect against unauthorised access. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available in your Account security settings.

4.4 You must notify jl07 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. jl07 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

4.5 Players may request permanent Account closure at any time by contacting jl07 support via live chat or email. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course following account closure confirmation.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 jl07 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to availability.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount on jl07 is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 jl07 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must be deposited from payment instruments registered in the same name as the jl07 Account holder.

5.4 Deposits are credited to your jl07 Account Balance upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. jl07 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank processing times.

5.5 jl07 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jl07 accepts no responsibility.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their jl07 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Section.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day, and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

6.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. jl07 does not process withdrawals to accounts held in names other than that of the registered Account holder.

6.4 Before processing a withdrawal, jl07 may require completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures. Players are advised to complete verification proactively to avoid delays when making their first withdrawal request.

6.5 jl07 targets the following processing timeframes for withdrawals, which begin upon completion of all required verification:

• GCash and PayMaya: within 30 minutes for most requests
• BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank: within 24 hours on Philippine banking business days
• InstaPay: within 2 hours on Philippine banking business days

6.6 jl07 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 or those flagged by automated fraud monitoring systems. Processing of such requests may take up to 72 hours.

6.7 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings generated from wagering that has satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 jl07 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spin credits, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer.

7.2 General bonus terms applicable across all jl07 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to your Account separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to the stated Wagering Requirement before withdrawal;
• Wagering Requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount credited, unless specifically stated to apply to deposit plus bonus;
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated validity period;
• jl07 reserves the right to decline, cancel, or reclaim any bonus in the event of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, and per device.

7.3 Players who self-exclude from jl07 or who have active responsible gaming limits in place are not eligible to receive bonus offers for the duration of those restrictions.

7.4 jl07 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already in progress.

8. Gaming Rules

8.1 All games available on the jl07 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules address a specific matter not covered herein.

8.2 The result of each game round is final once confirmed by jl07's gaming systems. Results will not be altered to accommodate Player error, misunderstanding of game rules, or technical issues on the Player's device or internet connection.

8.3 All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on jl07 are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated using genuine physical equipment under real-time supervision.

8.4 In the event of a technical malfunction of any game or the Platform, jl07 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all wagers placed during the affected period.

8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface before a wager is placed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl07 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, any pending withdrawals withheld, and any winnings forfeited pending investigation:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid that provides an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or glitches to generate winnings not intended by jl07's game mechanics;
• Collusion with other Players or with any third party to achieve an unfair gaming advantage;
• Bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers through pattern betting designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine gaming intent;
• Money laundering or use of jl07 for any purpose that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Accessing the jl07 Platform using another person's Account credentials;
• Any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or the gaming experience of other Players.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the jl07 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game designs, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual elements, is the intellectual property of jl07 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jl07 Platform for personal and recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jl07 content.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of jl07's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 jl07 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at jl07.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 jl07 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and secure storage of sensitive account information.

11.3 jl07 may be required to disclose Player data to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), in compliance with applicable laws. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with jl07's legal obligations and do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 jl07 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The following tools are available to all Account holders in their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications displayed at chosen intervals;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary account access restriction from 24 hours up to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Account restriction from 30 days to permanent closure.

12.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Players who self-exclude are not eligible for marketing communications or bonus offers during the exclusion period.

12.3 jl07 enforces strict compliance with the 21-year minimum age requirement. If jl07 has reason to believe that a Player may be under 21, the Account will be suspended pending age verification, and no withdrawals will be processed during this period.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl07 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jl07 Platform;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond jl07's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, power outages, natural disasters, or acts of government;
• Any loss or damage to your device arising from accessing the jl07 Platform;
• Delays in third-party payment processing that affect deposit or withdrawal timelines.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jl07's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

13.3 jl07's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

14. Termination & Suspension

14.1 jl07 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Account, at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• Regulatory instruction from a competent Philippine authority;
• Any other conduct that jl07 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or jl07's business operations.

14.2 In the event of Account termination due to a material breach by the Player, jl07 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Real Money Funds confirmed not to be associated with fraudulent or illegal activity will be returned to the Player after the conclusion of the investigation, less any amounts properly deducted under these Terms.

14.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting jl07 support at any time. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding withdrawal requests, which will be processed in the normal course.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 In the event of a dispute between a Player and jl07 arising from these Terms or the operation of the Platform, the Player should in the first instance contact jl07 support via live chat or at [email protected] to seek resolution. jl07 is committed to resolving Player disputes fairly and promptly, with an initial response target of 24 hours for formal written complaints.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, to which both parties hereby irrevocably submit.
